It Is Known Episode 35
Season seven of Game of Thrones has begun and with it comes a new season of It Is Known, Word of the Nerd‘s podcast dedicated to the smash HBO series Game of Thrones. This season we have ventured completely away from the books so even our veteran readers have no knowledge of what might happen from episode to episode. This season we’ve expanded our cast so there will be new cast members rotating in and out of each episode.
This week Bryan Brown, Renee Jarvis, Dera Stark, and Riley Sinclair discuss this week’s episode The Queen’s Justice. Recent events have forced the panel to once again reevaluate their speculations. But as all the pieces are finally falling into place, things become even more difficult to predict. Things remain mostly on topic this week, so sit back and enjoy this episode of It Is Known.

The long awaited meeting between Daenerys Targaryen and Jon Snow has arrived. But things do not go well for either side. Both Dany and Jon are obstinant and mistrusting of the other. In spite of how desperately they need each other, a fragile report is established. Meanwhile, Euron Greyjoy parades his “gifts” for Cersei through the streets of Kings Landing. Cersei takes great pleasure in enacting her revenge on Ellaria Sand. Sam’s treatment of Jorah Mormont is a success and he avoids expulsion from the Citadel. Bran arrives at Winterfell, but his reunion with his sister is not the joyous occasion Sansa had hoped for. Grey Worm and the Unsullied take Casterly Rock, only to find that it is practically unguarded. The Greyjoy fleet arrives to cut off their escape while the bulk of the Lannister army takes Highgarden, home of House Tyrell. Cersei has her enemies on the defensive and with the Iron Bank demanding repayment of the considerable debt owed to them, the defeat of the Tyrell’s has given her exactly what she needs.
