Word of the Nerd, in our ongoing effort to honor the artists and the images that literally jump off the page and gives the readers a first impression of what that comic book is about, bring you our favorite cool covers of the week. Our entire staff of comic book writers here at Word of the Nerd are really into comic book art. So each week we put our heads together and pick some of our favorite covers from this week’s new comics releases. And although there are literally dozens of fantastic covers each week, our comic book team tries to narrow our picks to just six of the best from this week’s offerings.
