Evan Peters to “Sit Out” American Horror Story
Evan Peters who has been in every season of the hit show American Horror Story has decided to sit out the newest season of American Horror Story. EW has the story and you can see the video posted on Twitter. It looks like the news was announced at Wondercon earlier this year. There have been a total of nine seasons of American Horror Story and Peters has been a part of them all. No news of yet what the new season will be about.

Days of Future Past
Peters, other than American Horror Story is probably most widely known for playing Quicksilver in the soon to be defunct Fox X-Men films. He will be playing the speedy mutant once again in Dark Phoenix. Peters made the claim that he was “sitting” out of this season of American Horror Story during Wonder Con.
It is interesting to note that American Horror Story is an FX show that will now fall under the Disney Umbrella much like the X-Men films. More than likely Disney will want to start with a clean slate to the X-Men franchise. Dark Phoenix will probably be all the actor’s final roles as the merry mutants and Peters last outing as Quicksilver. If he does come back for more American Horror Story in the future he will still be under the “house of the mouse”.
This does not really confirm or deny if Peters will come back to the series. He just very shortly says he is “sitting out” this season. It sounds like he will eventually come back in a later season maybe? If you are an American Horror Story fan we want to hear from you. What do you think about Evan Peters decision to sit out? What do you think the new season will be about? Let us know in the comments.
