We’ve got more Game of Thrones’ updates/hints/potential spoilers for you for the upcoming season 6!
First: the Tullys will be reappearing next season! That’s right: Edmure Tully, Catelyn’s younger brother, as well as her uncle Brynden “Blackfish” Tully. Both actors were seen around the Riverrun, which means that a few characters may be traveling back into book territory once more. Both Blackfish and Edmure have been missing from the show since the Red Wedding and fans will likely be excited to have them back.
We also have news that Jaime Lannister and Bronn will be traveling to the Riverlands. This puts us back on track with what Martin has written for the Lannister knight. There have even reportedly been scenes of Jaime arguing with the Blackfish.
In the books, Jaime is sent to put an end to whats left of the rebellion in the Riverlands, which includes convincing Riverrun to surrender (one way or another), and it seems we might get to see this after all (with his recent detour to Dorne, who could be sure?)
Another casting announcement for the upcoming season: Elie Haddad has been announced for an as-yet unknown character. Haddad has posted a picture of his script, and though it’s small and difficult to read, fans think Haddad will be joining the ranks of the Dothraki that have just found Daenerys. Here’s the photo (which has now been taken off Instagram):
According “Watchers on the Wall“, this is some of what can be seen in the photo:
The page contains comments such as “I like her,” and “I’ll bet she gets nice and pink when you pinch her.” It looks like the word ‘khal’ is on the page as well in a non-dialogue section.
One Dothraki man says, “I’d like to know what a khaleesi tastes like,” and another responds crassly, “Good. You can suck my dick.” And then they have a good laugh about it.
It’s not certain how large his role will be, but at least we know something about it!
