Mark Hamill, as Joker, Reads Trump Tweets

Joker Versus Trump: Dawn Of Twitter War

It’s Joker versus Lex Luthor on the Internet! Well, not quite. As we all know, real life supervillain Donald Trump somehow managed to win the Presidency of the United States. Before and after this occurred, Trump was well known to starting Twitter feuds and being thin skinned. It is like a trainwreck; you cannot look look away from his Twitter feed. On New Year’s Day, Trump sent out a tweet that was the definition of being a sore winner.

The response from across the Internet was swift and angry. People pointed out that this was a new low for the Donald, as well as setting dangerous precedent for the president-elect. Then, one brave citizen cried into the dark for a savior:

What he got was a Clown Prince of Crime.

Hamill Enters Political Arena

Mark Hamill has been the main voice of the Joker for over 25 years since his star turn on Batman: The Animated Series. He was also loudly against Trump during the 2016 Presidential election. Evidently, Hamill learned about Oswald’s tweet, which stirred an idea in his mind.  A week after Trump’s gloating New Years tweet, Hamill posted this creepy recording of the Joker reading the tweet:

Hamill’s recording is terrifying and chilling, and seems to show how insane it is to say such a thing. It also pokes fun at Trump. Trump, notorious for his thin skin, has not responded to the Joker’s mocking reading of his tweets. Instead, he has chosen to pick a fight with Arnold Schwarzenegger over the ratings of Celebrity Apprentice, with the former actor and governor of California responding with more tact and wit than the President Elect could manage.
