The long-awaited Killer Queen Black is finally making its way to Xbox Game Pass with cross-platform support.
Killer Queen Black’s New Release Date
Originally slated to be released for Xbox Game Pass on January 5th, Killer Queen Black has a new release date. The game is set to go live on February 23rd with integrated cross-platform support, voice chat, and match-making for Xbox, Steam, and Switch users. This will allow players to seamlessly find others to play with or against in this 4v4 arcade action-platformer. Join up with friends in private matches. Connect local controllers to hop in a match with one another. Make it a party and defeat your friends in glorious battle no matter how you decide to play!
The team over at Liquid Bit sees the potential Xbox Game Pass has to build upon their already amazing game and player base. In their recent press release, Matt Tesch, co-founder of Liquid Bit, said “Xbox and Game Pass are awesome platforms for Killer Queen Black. Xbox party tools make it easy to get right to the gameplay, and Game Pass means our community will have fresh fighters for a long time to come.”
With Killer Queen Black launching on Xbox Game Pass, I’m more than excited to give this game a try. Especially with the ability to play across three platforms. I can easily see myself jumping from my laptop to my Switch when I’m on the go. Who knows, maybe you’ll meet me in the hive and have an epic battle. I’ll probably lose, but I’ll for sure have fun doing it!
